Product Description

The production process of master yarn is similar to that of traditional fully drawn yarn (FDY), mainly including the following steps: first, the yarn chips are spun; then, they undergo cooling and oiling; next, they are stretched and heat-set; and finally, they are wound.

The core purpose of producing master yarn is to obtain monofilaments with superior performance. These monofilaments are high-strength and durable, suitable for textile products with high material requirements, such as sportswear, underwear, and socks.

In the textile industry, master yarn can not only be used directly as raw material for final products, but it can also be processed into a wider variety of textiles through dyeing, weaving, and other subsequent processing. Furthermore, by adjusting the process parameters during the spinning and stretching stages, the physical properties of the master yarn can be flexibly adjusted to meet different application needs. For example, increasing the draw ratio helps improve yarn strength, while adjusting the cooling rate can affect the crystalline structure and morphology of the yarn.
